How We Work
From your initial phone call, we will arrange a full inspection of your property. This allows us to gather all the necessary information to assess the extent of the infestation and determine the most effective treatment approach. During the inspection, we will also guide you through our checklist of recommendations to help prepare your property and maximise the success of the treatment.
Once you are happy to proceed, we will schedule the bed bug heat treatment at a date and time that is convenient for you.
Treatment duration typically ranges from 4 to 12 hours, depending on the size and layout of the property. For safety, we advise that no one re-enters the property until temperatures have cooled to at least 85°F, which our technicians will monitor throughout the process.
We recommend that clients remain out of the property for up to 24 hours from start to finish, returning to a clean, fresh, and completely insect-free home.
Heat Treatment Preparation
If you decide to proceed with heat treatment for bed bug or insect eradication, we provide a helpful preparation checklist to ensure your room(s) are ready before our arrival.
Following a full property survey, we will agree on a convenient date to carry out the heat treatment. Our checklist can then be used the day before treatment to make sure any items that cannot be exposed to high temperatures are safely removed from the room(s).
